I loved this cookbook so much. The recipes were delicious, and I noticed my digestion and milk supply were so much better with this birth than it was with my first. The meals were so nourishing and felt like a sacrament for my body during my healing process. I loved that these are mostly plant based meals as I don’t enjoy eating meat.
