Ayurvedic Postpartum Mother’s Massage

In this 3 day/21 hour course you will learn and perform full body Ayurvedic postpartum massage, learn belly wrapping and self massage techniques as well as how to make herbal massage oils.

Ayurvedic Baby Massage and Instruction

Daily baby massage with warm herbal oils is one of the most important gifts a parent can give their baby.

Known to have massive health benefits for baby’s strong growth and development, this class will give you the tools you need to empower parents to improve their baby’s health through massage.

In this 1 day/7 hour class you will learn the ayurvedic baby massage sequence, bathing techniques, how to make mild pudding soap and appropriate herbal oils as well as  how to instruct parents in these simple techniques.

Ameya Duprey has been practicing Ayurveda since 2004. She graduated from Alakananda Ma’s school Alandi Ayurvedic Gurukula in Boulder, CO as a Pancha Karma Therapist.

In 2005 she became certified in massage therapy through The Guild Of Structural Integration.

In 2008 she began teaching Ayurvedic massage and other therapies at Alandi Ayurvedic Gurukula.

In 2011 she learned Ayurvedic postpartum care from her teacher Ysha Oakes, completing the program and becoming an Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula.

Since then, Ameya has been helping heal mother’s and babies through the time tested practices of Ayurvedic Postpartum Care.
